A Guide to Love, Loss and Desperation comes This Modern Glitch and, if nothing else, the latest release confirms the Liverpool band aren't lacking when it comes to the balls department. Their derivative style of cocksure lad rock has been done to death to the extent knives are stuck into backs before a single note has been heard. And from listening to their new album This Modern Glitch, I can tell the lads of The Wombats had a similar. And pop culture fanboy-ism, This Modern Glitch is heavy on the sweet sounds of synth.
